On an agile team of 25, I’m architecting and implementing backend services – using Kafa-powered, event-driven architectures – as well as data syncing systems that handle hundreds of thousands of records as fast as sources can send them. To support automated code quality control, wrote a linter to parse and analyze our Pl/PgSQL triggers for a large class of bugs. Created and implemented a generalization of HTTP’s caching model, backed by Redis, to meet tough performance requirements.
