• Led the forward thinking and age-appropriate development of the U15 squad • Prepared them to compete in the Irish National League by implementing a coaching program • Ensured the program was in line with the club’s philosophy and player pathway strategies • Designed and delivered age-appropriate coaching sessions to individuals and the full squad • Devised and implemented innovative training sessions • Ensured these met the technical and tactical requirements of the players • Led individual players, team units, and the collective squad analysis sessions • Did so to enhance the development processes • Managed and developed 4 members of the coaching staff and 20 players • Contributed to player recruitment and talent identification processes Key Achievements ✔ Guided the first ever team in the club’s history to the semi-final of the Irish Underage National League ✔ 14 players from squad of 20 were selected for U17 Irish National League Academies
