  Starting as a general laborer in CEJs Oshawa location in 2017, I was able to exhibit unparalleled commitment and ability to perform my duties at an exceptional level. Duties included helping introduce customers to e-cigarettes, overall store cleanliness & restocking store as needed. I thoroughly enjoyed what I did and pushed to gain more responsibility. From general laborer, I moved into a low level management role within Canada E-Juice head office. Assisting senior management with day to day operations of exterior locations, while handling my own duties operating all social media. At this time, I was gaining as much knowledge as I could towards our online retail aspect in order to gain a good understanding of how eCommerce operated. I was also taking part in purchasing discussions and product research.After less than 24 months, I moved into the role of General Manager. I assumed duties including oversight of all purchasing, employee management, eCommerce management, marketing strategy, new product development/delivery and customer satisfaction.
