Dallaglio RugbyWorks is a charity of 40+ employees, that runs an intensive, long-term skills development programme based on rugby, helping teenagers outside of mainstream education into sustained education, employment or training. In addition to the programme, a number of core events support the fundraising, as well as major giving, grants from Trusts & Foundations and third-party fundraising activity. Responsible for the fundraising across a portfolio of £2.5m revenue, which includes a number of core events; The Dallaglio Cycle Slam, 8Rocks - as well as developing new business, sponsor partnerships, trusts & foundations, major donors, and managing our development board. In addition, responsible for the communications of the charity, which includes PR, social media and general marketing activity.
