I had the responsibility of planning and delivering sessions aligned to the game model as well as providing feedback to players on performance. In this role I would plan and deliver one to one sessions with the goalkeeper designed to improve certain areas of his game. After a year I then began to take sessions with up to 16 boys aged from 11 to 13 running whole sessions that involved drills i had planned specifically to improve certain areas of the players game. In this role i also had to give feedback to parents on their child involving strengths and areas for improvement. At the end of each year I delivered a presentation night which involved speaking to an audience of parents and family member's on each players individual progression and achievements throughout the season.
