My duties as a staff engineer mainly consist of land or site development consulting for various industries including but not limited to Commercial, Oil & Gas, and private entities. I worked with Columbia Gas for two summers assisting inspectors,engineers, and contractors on large scale gas line replacement projects. I completed as built drawings of the projects using Auto-CAD. I responded to customers questions or complaints of any construction related activities. I completed service line orders, daily progress reports, and made sure material was ordered and on site. From this experience I gained knowledge in the industries gas standards as well as policy and procedure for mainline and service line installation. Some skills i gained from my experience are communication, Auto-CAD, organization, time management, and teamwork.
