  As Business Development Manager, I led the discovery, sale, and execution of automobile shredding & aluminum shredding plants around the world with production rates of 2,000 - 50,000 tons per month. In addition, I was responsible for WENDT's pioneering efforts in the development and implementation of auto shredder emissions control systems to address the rapidly changing environmental regulations surrounding the recycling industry.

In addition, I led numerous project development projects, traveling around the world to view/test new equipment and develop new processes.
