  Working at Interislander was a very demanding customer service role. It was very important to work as a team to ensure amazing customer service. My main duties varied from serving customers meals, making barista coffee to vehicle marshalling and making sure the passengers were safe being on a moving vehicle deck. We were also in charge of mustering passengers if anything was to go wrong, from doing scenario drills and explaining to passengers how to don a life jacket or how the MES exits work.
