  As an Event manager, it is my responsibility to make sure that our clients get the help, service, creativity and end product that they expect or, the product that exceeds all expectations, every time. My role is to support, inspire, educate and guide our booking staff through the day to day business.As the Product manager, I handle the supplier contracts and negotiations together with the CEO for the company. We continuously search for new activities, techniques, products and destinations to be able to provide our clients the best of the best. The main goal is to always exceed the clients expectations by a high attention to the smallest of details.

  As an event producer at Business Service Club I am responsible for all parts of a project. Come up with an idea from scratch for a client, book and plan the event, keep track of changes, keep in touch with the involved parties (buses, hotels, entertainers, caterers, restaurants, nightclubs, agents), and make sure that the event, no matter how small or big, goes according the costumers wishes.Working on the floor and the service is as much a part of me as working with plans andstructures in front of the computer.

  During earlier years, I worked in various restaurants both abroad as a part-time employee and during longer periods as a full-time employee in Stockholm.It all started as seasonal work in Greece at the age of 17, and a year in a bar in Malaga Spain during my Spanish studies. In Stockholm, I have worked amongst others at Lydmar Hotel, Gondolen and Mosebacke Etablissemang. The restaurant background is a huge advantage to have as an event producer. I am able to read and understand a venues logistics from the moment the project starts and take it into account for the best possible way to go forth with the planning. I also have the ability to quickly identify risk factors on sight if there are any and back up the staff of the day wherever it is needed.
