After my 10th anniversary sabbatical leave, I picked up the role of PO in one of ingatlan.com's smaller divisions: financial products. It's thrilling to switch to fintech after a decade spent in proptech. Again, I had the opportunity to deal with an older legacy product, money.hu, and paralelly create new greenfield solutions, such as Hitelintéző at ingatlan.com. I worked with a talented team of a dozen of really nice people - lead dev, UX designer, QA, frontend and backend developers, business analyst. Outside our dedicated team, we collaborated with the financial expert team, the contact center team, the marketing team, the controlling team and other inhouse and contracted experts, partly or entirely dedicated to support us in creating solutions to our users' financial challenges. One of my initial motivating factors for joining ingatlan.com after worldwide FMCG jobs was to get closer to the product itself. I wanted to get involved in developing the product instead of accepting or refusing to promote a finished product others have created for consumers of another market.Well, as a marketing manager, I could deal with half of the P-s (Place and Promotion), but had no influence neither on the Product itself nor on its Price. From May 2011, ingatlan.com changed its approach to product development. From one Product Owner with a huge team of developers, we switched to separate smaller teams for different B2C and B2B products. Besides managing the Marketing team, I joined a scrum team as a PO.From 2013 on, I focused on my Product Owner and Manager role and handed over marketing. On the business side, I managed the introduction of fair pricing of services for real estate agents in November 2015.I was the project manager of the integration of salesforce to handle our main B2B clients, real estate agents in 2016.Our scrum team was taking care of legacy codes and services newly built which provided the biggest part of the incomes of the company. We installed processes and practices that allow the maintenance, yet improvement of our services including reduction of historical tech debt. We reduced the number of bugs and the time of their resolution. Show less

I joined ingatlan.com as a Marketing Manager. My main job was to extend distribution and penetration in the countryside. Led online and BTL campaigns in big cities and in the Balaton region. For a real breakthrough, in 2010 I worked on a TV campaign combined with a promotion called 'Feledékeny Ingatlanos' (Absent-Minded Real Estate Agent). The spot and campaign earned the Ezüst Penge and a Silver Effie. From then on, ingatlan.com was able to price services for agents outside the capital as well, and the number of potential buyers and renters using our platform started to raise throughout Hungary. This was also the first opportunity for me to work directly with our developers on the consumer promotion features as a temporary Product Owner. I managed a marketing team of three: a PR expert, a data analyst and a coordinator. In 2010-2011 I led a virtual team of 4 colleagues to bring project management knowledge to the company. Show less

As a PM on Household Cleaners in Hungary, I had the opportunity to cooperate with global on a specific strategic project related to local concurrence. Between September 2005 and March 2006, as a temporary expat based in Copenhagen, I was responsible for the Household Cleaners market in Nordic countries (Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland and Iceland). I worked with local trade marketing colleagues, and a super research team. After my return to Hungary and the merge, I coordinated the marketing of Cleaners and Mouth Care products for Czech and Slovak markets as well from our Budapest based office. Show less

I joined Telenor at the time it was called Pannon GSM (with even the frequency 900 in the logo). Due to a restructuring I had to choose between product and communication right after being hired, chose the first one. My experience in FMCG branding was valuated and I contributed to a project aiming to establish a new brand identity when Vodafone was sky rocketing and we knew the magenta of the T group will cover the country within short time. I also got my own projects to push through: to end the life of the beloved Bee brand (prepaid service for teens), to strengthen our content (wallpapers at the time) working with Disney, or to direct prepaid customers towards POSs instead of top-up cards. I didn't believe the job ad posted in hvg weekly wasn't an alibi. I said it out loud on my first interview. I got hired although - or therefore? Who knows. I am grateful to L'Oréal for believing in me as a fresh graduate. I never thought I would learn biology and science again, but it was great fun. I still surprise people with facts we filled the 100th anniversary booklet with, the one that had the 7.40 Feria Mango girl portrait on the cover. I'll never forget shaking hands with Liliane in our office, the press conference at Vajdahunyad Vár or the unknown french lady whom I dyed the hair with Excellence Creme at the Clichy trainings centre. Thank you. Parce que nous le valons bien. Show less
