Eric hired me as a co-op student from the University of Waterloo. Since then our relationship has morphed from manager-subordinate to mentor-mentee to simple friendship. Eric has always impressed me with his phenomenal work ethic, passion for tackling big, complicated problems, and genuine care and interest in everyone he knows. It doesn't hurt that on top of all that he happens to be blisteringly intelligent with a great sense of humour.
