  As an AmeriCorps volunteer (via Arizona Serve), I served with Literacy Connects for two years both teaching in the ESL classroom and providing administrative assistance in their main office. -Taught classes of up to 40 adult ESL students for English Language Acquisition for Adults program -Planned lessons and created classroom materials-Supervised four volunteers in the Literacy Connects office-Assisted with data entry, tutor resources, online lesson plans, and various other administrative projects -Attended leadership and job skills sessions on topics such as conflict resolution and time management-Volunteered at various community service events in Tucson
