Choice Store is an independent British retailer, providing the latest in desirable designer fashion. Within my time here I started as a Sales Assistant and went on to progress to Assistant Manger. My main roles where Managing the team, ensuring target were hit and the finance side of the business. In my role I learnt many skills and I enjoyed the responsibility of encouraging other to achieve their goals, whether it's targets or career related. I had the privilege to engage in a course which taught me about body shapes and which styles are suited to the customer. With this knowledge I was able to advise customers on the style they were suited to and with this I formed many great relationships.
