  Studio Modijefsky, founded by Esther Stam, creates spaces of distinct essence and identity. Based in the heart of Amsterdam and approached by a variety of clients, the studio has developed a diverse portfolio of work. Each project has a unique identity and spatial concept, considering the clients’ needs and aspirations. The team, consisting of an international group of creative individuals, creates a unique layout for each project which is later defined, detailed and made ready for the building phase. The studio prides itself on the exceptional attention to detail that can be seen in every interior created, from custom made light fixtures to furniture details and refined space planning. Other than interior design for hospitality, retail, commercial and residential sectors; the modijefsky team is specialized in façade design, product design, logo, graphic and identity design, while being the creative force behind the overall concept of successful bars and restaurants. As a young and growing design studio, cross disciplinary collaborations are appreciated and nourished by the team. This brings substance to the design and creates a conceptual richness and complexity which enhances the quality of each project. Studio Modijefsky designs spaces that are exciting and inspiring, places where people perceive their space in new ways and users dare to look beyond the ordinary and be surprised. The design meets the ideas and use of the public, and evolves with the user in time. Every new spatial design proposition aims to enrich the use of the space and its surrounding. With a portfolio that covers a wide range of interior projects, such as bars, restaurants, boutiques, performance stages, residences, public spaces and even bus interiors; the studio is open to new and intriguing projects within the Netherlands and beyond in order to expand the scope and variety of work.   Floratorium is een ontwerpstudio waar de fascinatie voor de botanie zich manifesteert als ontwerphandleiding. Het is een onuitputtelijke bron van zintuiglijke effecten, anatomie, biochemie, historie en symboliek. Opdrachten die met de botanie als thema worden vermengd resulteren in uitzonderlijk op maat gemaakte ontwerpen. De ontwerpopdrachten van Floratorium zoeken het spanningsveld op tussen de verschillende disciplines. Ontwerp & realisatie van concepten voor Space, Brand, Event & Food komen samen tot een prikkelende kruisbestuiving tussen flora en opdrachtgever. De botanie is eerder in de geschiedenis een inspiratie bron geweest voor ontwerpers. In de schilderkunst, boekdrukkunst, gebruiksvoorwerpen en architectuur zijn de invloeden duidelijk te herleiden.
