As anyone who has met her will know, Esther is incredibly friendly and personable. This is a particularly good quality in a technical author as the job largely involves getting information out of other peoples heads and translating into a meaningful document, a skill at which she proved to be highly proficient. Esther is also very knowledgeable when it comes to technology in all its forms, far more than I expected from someone holding her position. She is passionate about her writing, and will make a fine asset in any company she works for.

It's an absolute pleasure to work with Esther, she comprehends complex processes and translates them into useable documentation, while leading and assisting her team. Nothing is ever too much effort and she remains calm in the most trying circumstances with the tightest deadlines. She's a great asset to any team.
