I worked with different teams in providing advisory services to companies in various industries covering technology, legal, financial institutions, construction etc. I was involved in business plan documentation projects, strategic plan review, etc. Some of the projects I worked on include: • Strategic plan review project for a technology company in Nigeria. The team facilitated a strategy session with the company’s management and other relevant staff members; this was organized to develop a comprehensive and adequate strategy plan for the company. The Strategic Plan was developed using the balanced scorecard framework; strategic objectives, initiatives and KPIs were set in agreement with the relevant stakeholders. • Documentation of internal business processes for a top law firm in Nigeria. The project involved conducting process interviews with the various process owners (to better understand their processes, ascertain scope of responsibilities, etc.), documenting their processes leveraging global best standard practices and templates and reviewing documented processes with various process owners, to validate if all scope have been covered. A well-detailed and robust process map was also developed to provide a high-level overview of each of the documented processes • Documentation of a business plan and financial model to support company expansion and additional capital-raising efforts of an indigenous technology start-up.
