Esther is a powerhouse with a sharp mind and a giant heart - it's a rare combination and a great asset to any team but especially one working to move mountains. I've been particularly impressed at her ability to make learning feel more like deep community building across diverse experiences and perspectives. I've been so glad to have this chance to work and learn from her.
