Teaching Assistant for Environment Policy classI started working as Lecture Teaching Assistant for Environmental Policy class under my seminar professor. I was responsible to work closely with my professor and manage the class activities which consist of 180 students. Starting with attendance and setting up class equipment, I was tasked with facilitating discussion to fulfill the needs both of the student and professor. Outside of class, I answered student questions and handle any student issues or problems. In addition to these responsibilities, although I was not allowed to take part of the assessment process, I could provide more detailed feedback on student’s presentation or reports. Indonesian Week is an Indonesian art and cultural event in Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University, Japan that lasts for a week. Indonesian Week has been introducing various program annually, and on 2017 Indonesian Week was coming with the theme “Tadaima Indonesia: I’m Back Home!”. With our innovation and quality of this year’s program, we were awarded as the winner of the best student work program of the year by PPI Dunia.During that time, I was in charge as an Inventory Leader. As many performers demand various traditional costumes and equipment from inventory, I was responsible to maintain the storage as well as to record daily data loan of those items. I re-created borrowing and returning system to monitor demand and document characteristic of inventory. Before borrowing the equipment, I evaluated both staff and performers regarding the new system to achieve effective deals and maintain trust relationship. In order to avoid any miscommunication, I worked closely together with other leaders by reporting the recorded data to ensure the goals are met. Show less
