Ik ben een collega (senior-docent; psycholoog) van Esther in Zuyd Hogeschool Social Work te Sittard. Ik ken Esther inmiddels een paar jaar en ik kan haar van harte aanbevelen. Esther is een verrijking voor elk team: ze denkt constructief mee, kan goed onderwijs ontwikkelen, heeft lef en pit, is een prima trainster sociale vaardigheden (opzet en uitvoering). Studenten zijn enthousiast over haar professionaliteit en betrokkenheid. Ze heeft coördinerende activiteiten; je kunt eigenlijk altijd een beroep op haar doen. Naast haar deskundigheid is Esther een erg fijne collega, die altijd belangstelling toont op het persoonlijke vlak.
