  This job includes managing the direct to garment printing department. Here I am in charge of a small team that is tasked with getting orders printed and shipped out in a timely fashion, while paying close attention to the quality of our product. Part of my role is to make sure no order gets missed and to give my team what they need to do their job. I am also tasked with keeping good communication with the other departments so we know when to expect new items as well as to know when products will be taken out of our department. A few more responsibilities include approving time off and checking time sheets, keeping the energy in the department fun, making sure supplies are ordered on time, problem solving/troubleshooting, making sure our quality is always the best and helping others know what they can or can’t print in our department. As the head coach you are tasked with planning the week’s activities and assigning jobs to your assistants. Your goal is to have a program that runs smoothly and that the kids and coaches will both enjoy.
