If you're looking for a fun, creative, and forward-thinking business mind, then Esther is the one for you. She is a change agent who reorganized and updated a complicated granting process to one which brought more clarity to grantees and the funding process. And she did it all while maintaining and building respectful relationships with all of the grantees. Change with poise; that's not easy to do and she did it in her own brilliant style. Plus her sparkly personality is just so fun to have around!
