Development Manager responsible for numerous mixed use development projects across the South West of England. Successfully managed over £40 million of RDA investment across the region. I had responsibility for the strategic direction and budgetary control of major physical regeneration projects in Gloucestershire and Somerset. I represented the SWRDA in the regeneration sector and was the lead for physical regeneration, infrastructure, workspace, land supply, major projects, compulsory purchase, area based planning, planning frameworks and consideration of major planning responses.
