  I have been with BT Financial Group (part of the Westpac group) since 2010 and in the Financial Services industry for 20 years. Currently working as a Regional Manager in BT Advice, I am responsible for leading a team of Financial Advisers.My responsibility is to lead by example and instil the BT and Westpac core values within each person. I drive a successful high performing team to achieve the results required by BT and the Shareholders. I do this by providing my team with one-on-one coaching, personal development and training support to encourage each person to reach their full potential. I am proud to be one of the youngest females amongst many men in her leadership team. I have been responsible for initiating, designing and facilitating an in house program called Stella Careers. It targets woman employed by the group who are aspiring to become Financial Advisers. It aims to empower woman to follow their career dreams and provides training on the soft skills necessary in financial advice, and also provides inspiration on how to make it in a male dominated industry. I am also proud of my many achievements and awards, these include receiving the CEO Employee of the Year award for the Westpac Group in 2013. The Westpac Woman of Influence Award Finalist in 2014 and Regional Manager of the Year in 2017. In my personal time I enjoy travelling, in October 2013 I travelled to Nepal where I trekked for 16 days to Everest Base Camp.
