The SchlaU-Schule is a state-aproved school for refugees between the ages of 16 and 25, who arrived in Munich without any parent. The school provides them with individual and psychological support throughout their schooling and after. I started as Volunteering Manager in 2015, and then changed to manage the team who accompanied our former students during their apprenticeship in vocational training schools until they entered the job market.What I did:Team Leader - Transition into the Workplace (4,5 years):• Management of the team supporting the Alumni• As a member of the Executive Committee, strategic development of the organization• Coordination of our services (e.g. career guidance, tutoring, psychosocial support)• Organization of events for program participants• During Corona Lock-down phases: setting-up of Online-Tutoring• Communication (intern/extern), network management in the education & integration sector • Participation in public relations activities and fundraising (e.g., reporting)Volunteering Manager (1 year):• Advice, support and mediation of volunteers and students• Corporate Volunteering projects (support in career guidance, tutoring, job interview trainings) • Creation of a welcome kit, organization of workshops for volunteers

IMS "Les Entreprises pour la Cité" is a French NPO and network of 220 companies working on CSR issues. I managed a team of 12 and steered the services offered to the members in our areas of expertise (Education & Equal Opportunities, Employment & Integration, Diversity in the workplace, Base of the Pyramid programs, Community Engagement & Corporate Philanthropy/Volunteering). I developped Education Programs with businesses and schools, and accompanied companies in their community engagement.
