Create original patterns or drapes as examples for overseas factories. • Continually research the market and relevant trends, presenting regularly to CEO. • Communicate with all fabric vendors and mills throughout the sample design process: ordering, developing and managing 300+ fabrics each season. • Work alongside production team to guarantee proper fit and quality standards for each delivery.
