  ince January 2020, I have dedicated myself to bringing back to the market a company I am co-founder of, the lodging "Los Cerritos de Chaclacayo". I managed to create the demand to maintain 80% of the hotel's in full capacity during the first year generating a capital of 100 thousand gross in the first year. The demand grew to 90% and 150 thousand groos in the second year. I exploited my skills as a content creator to manage the social media accounts of the business achieving a client base of 23k followers on Instagram and 22.9k on Tiktok. I used my coordination and planning skills to achieve results according to schedule. As well as in the restaurant supervisor position I was in charge of the selection of new personnel for the team with a focus on productivity, efficiency and improving customer experience, I worked within the applicable standards, policies and regulatory guidelines to promote a safe work environment. I handled concerns quickly and resolved them to prevent major issues. I managed to raise the rating in Google Bussines by two points, from 2.1 at the beginning of 2020 to 4.1 today. I generate operational improvements that resulted in savings and better profit margins. I contribute key ideas to implement creative and fun spaces for clients and worked in highlight the strengths of the business in communications through CRM channels. I create and direct the production of audiovisual and advertising material for YouTube and Facebook platforms. Dedicate a flexible schedule of work on night shifts, weekends and holidays.
