Bio
Shane Fraser, MBA
I have had the opportunity to work with Estefanía for over a year. Estefanía is an intelligent, hard-working individual who really understands marketing. I would highly recommend Estefanía for any marketing project. It has been very beneficial working alongside her on many projects.

I worked on a project where I got to observe at first hand just how much Estefanía contributed to her employer, both in terms of her skillset and her dedication to her work. She regularly stretched herself and went above and beyond what could reasonably be expected. She demonstrated calmness under pressure, was excellent at multi-tasking, a great organiser, and maintained a friendly voice with everyone she encountered. As a graphic designer (the role for which she was originally recruited), she designed outstanding brochures, presentations, display stand designs, banners, and a variety of other promotional materials, as well as organising branding for trade shows. However, although she continued to produce amazing promotional materials, her role evolved into that of Operations Supervisor/Office Manager where she displayed a completely different set skills. As Operations Supervisor, she had responsibility for scheduling customer jobs, while carefully balancing customer orders with the availability of independent contractors to perform them. The role also involved dealing with customer complaints, liaising with the software provider when there were technology issues, and dealing with concerns and issues raised by the independent contractors on an almost daily basis. As Office Manager, she engaged with major clients, capturing their orders and ensuring that they were fulfilled. While many orders could be delivered through existing supply routes, Estefanía sometimes had to identify the most cost-effective but timely means to organise international deliveries, from full container loads, to groupage loads to items delivered by courier. The role also involved procurement, (i.e. sourcing suppliers, calculating landed costs, placing orders, and organising transport when necessary), as well as a variety of other administrative tasks. Estafanía was dedicated, hard-working, reliable and worked well with everyone around her. She is highly capable and would be an asset for any employer.
