3D printing center in Mexico, currently providing Additive Manufacturing service to different industry verticals in Mexico. Job activities: - Customer service, sales, prospecting new potential leads. - Key account manager: Evaluate best additive manufacturing process according to customer needs and requirements. Access to different portals for 3D file transfer, manufacturing status update. Adjustments to 3D models received to be able to quote (identification of parts with BOM of the elements to be quoted). Reception and review of 3D files, functional, aesthetic requirements, materials and delivery time required to prepare a proposal/quotation. - Processing orders to production: Data preparation (validation and repair of geometries, part sectioning, tolerance adjustments in digital files, bill of Printings). Outputs to production team: Specify print orientation, material, quantity, deadlines, shipping method, required post-processing. Provide special processing instructions when required. - Shipping coordination: Validate 3D printed parts, visual inspection and basic measurements. Documentation required for entry of merchandise to customer when applicable (include PO, invoice, BOP and other documents that are requested). Show less
