  In this position I act as a "Jack of all trades" with computer repair, refurbishing, server management, networking. I diagnose and repair both hardware and software issues of a wide variety on customer computers (Windows and Ubuntu.) I also provided my own recommendations for customer needs and answered questions about various technologies, occasionally instructing other volunteers on procedures for refurbishment. On the back-end, I manage an array of virtual machines on a Linux host that improve the efficiency of file hosting and Windows deployment.
