  Did Interfacility Transports to and from a variety of hospitals, nursing homes, and private residences, delivering a standard of care that was more than expected. Not only with knowledge of care but knowledge of the human being I was providing care for. I knew of their hopes, dreams, and wishes sometimes like no one else did. The pay is ok, but when you get payed to talk, do assessments all day, and drive through beautiful San Diego, I'm definitely fine with that.   The company's culture took some getting used to, but it offered great oppurtunities to grow in terms of training and riding along with nurses and getting to know more of the medical field than you were used to. Here, we did regular IFT calls and also CCT calls on a massive scale, as in the call volume was enough to get your hands full and get a headstart on medical experiece.
