Esteban was an integral part of our vineyard team at Sea Smoke for over a year. He came in as a seasonal intern and I quickly realized he could contribute to our group in many ways. As a result, he was brought on full time to assist in all aspects of farming from scouting and data collection to payroll system integrations. He adapts easily to new environments and works well with everyone. Guided by an excellent moral compass Esteban will be an excellent asset to any team.

Esteban is an incredibly hard worker, dedicated to completing every task - big and small- with the utmost attention and care. Esteban's knowledge is vast - from ag mechanics to production and everything in between, he can be trusted to independently tend to every need of an agricultural operation. In addition to his skills and knowledge, Esteban has a kind and appreciative attitude. He is willing to take on any chore with a can-do spirit and no job is too difficult or arduous for him. Esteban is friendly with and supportive of his coworkers and has a natural leadership ability that brings clarity and cohesiveness to the work environment. Overall, any business would be fortunate to have Esteban on their team!
