  Responsible for defining and building the Pricing Solution for Celtic. We redesign and automate the RFQ process by creating sophisticated Costing and Routing model. We experimented to work with 2-week sprints and applying Pomodoro technique to achieve sustained rhythm. The first phase of the project culminated within schedule (6 months) and the success resulted in the reduction of the Quotes service cycle from days to minutes. I got a new contract for annual support.

  Responsible for implementing the new back office platform to support all the processes of Ultratug. The project, with a team of 8 people, had 11 monthly sprints planned. We achieved to have the MVP at sprint 6 and therefore the go-live 5 months earlier than planned. The built solution allowed Ultratug to expand its business to Uruguay, Colombia and Mexico.I managed to extend the contract to provide support in all countries in the region for 5 years.

  Responsible for the innovation of the towage service model to maximize the use of the tugboat fleet. We built a mobile application to allow captains of the tugboat to receive the Work Orders and carry out the operations as planned. The project was implemented in the expected time (5 sprints of 1 month), without deviations in the budget with a team of 4 people. Due to the success of the project, the new model was implemented in Colombia and Mexico.

  Responsible for redesigning the Ultramar´s Account Payables process. As a result, we created a web platform integrated to electronic invoicing solution, legacy systems and SAP. We eliminated the usage of paper by digitizing documents. The project, with a a team of 6 people, had 10 monthly sprints planned. We achieved to have the MVP at sprint 6 and therefore the go-live 4 months earlier than planned.

  Responsible for redesigning the Ultramar’s Account Receivable (AR) process. As a result, we built a web platform to manage and support collections points of all the group companies and making cashier´s job easy. The project, with a team of 7 people, had 5 monthly sprints planned. We achieved to have the MVP at sprint 4 and therefore the go-live 1-month earlier than planned.
