      Responsible for defining and building the Pricing Solution for Celtic. We redesign and automate the RFQ process by creating sophisticated Costing and Routing model. We experimented to work with 2-week sprints and applying Pomodoro technique to achieve sustained rhythm. The first phase of the project culminated within schedule (6 months) and the success resulted in the reduction of the Quotes service cycle from days to minutes. The built solution allowed Ultratug to expand its business to Uruguay, Colombia and Mexico.I managed to extend the contract to provide support in all countries in the region for 5 years.
