During about 5 Years working at ELNG Site , I have participated at performing ( 10 ) Succefully & Safe Shutdowns with a high criticality & Various activities , As the only Planning Engineer inside SD Team . My Role Inside SD Team since Joined ELNG Site is as Following :- 1- Annually Prepare and Review SD's 5 Years Look Ahead Plan according to ADP & other Factors . 2- Initiate SD Charter and get official approval from steering Committee . 3- Define Scope & prepare requirements management Plan . 4- Prepare SD Scope Statement including ( SD detailed scope , Constrains , Assumptions , acceptance criteria ). 5- Prepare SD Time Plan using different tools , techniques , various softwares and apply all required control analysis. 6- Prepare detailed SIMOPS Plan for SD activities . 7- Prepare detailed estimated budget & apply all control techniques . 8- Facilitate & Participate at preparing a detailed Risk Register considering all required responses. 9-Prepare a detailed communication plans using all required communication strategies. 10- Facilitate & Participate at preparing quality management plan . 11- Prepare Procurement management plan and track all required resources . 12- Prepare SD Logistics Plan. 13- Prepare SD change control system & Confirm applying configuration management Plan. 14- Prepare SD Documents version control system . 15-Facilitate all required SD meetings during Planning / execution Phases . 16-Collect SD Lessons Learned & Facilitate Retrospective workshop at closing phase . 17-Prepare SD Close-Out Report .
