  Al-Ahrar Oncology Center (AOC)Started the idea since 2019 from a meeting with minister assistant for oncology Dr/Tarek Hashim In ministry of Health, to help providing the hospital with the governmental plan of Found to make a center for Oncology in a remote district of Egypt at Al-Sharqia with the Facilities of Radiation oncology & medical oncology,After that I was assigned by the president of GOTHI Dr/Fawzi Alsoda to manage the project as the 1st project manager in the Organization. The project budget nearly 150 million Egyption bound Including 5 contractors at the same time.Elekta (linear accelerator-Versa HD)Semins (CT simulator)Temco (I.V mixing room for HD chemotherapy)الهيئه العربيه للتصنيع (building contractor)(Arabic British construction company)هيئة الإنتاج الحربى (Arias Egypt, New life, Alyosr) The project ended and operated at its contracted period. I managed the project starting from paper works, problem solving,managing the crises, following up the details and progress according to the timeline, coordination between the participating contractors and companies, installation phases, calibration, Commissioning and Acceptance of the machines, training coordination between applicators and Staff, reaching to license granting for therapy by the government till Operation and patient receiving. participated greatly sitting the operation system and staff settlement (Doctors,nurses,physicists,Technicians,pharmacists) Show less
