I am currently enrolled in the MSW Advanced Standing Program at NMHU. I am completing my practicum with CYFD and look forward to graduating in May of 2021. For my BSW I did my practicum at SWOP (SouthWest Organizing Project) where I developed macro social work skills and learned about grass-root efforts. Coached the Excel Broze team, pre-team classes, the rec program, and helped assist other coaches. Coaching duties included teaching children the ages of 5 to 16 a variety of skills, routines, and strength conditioning. Along with coaching I had the responsibility to help clean the gym including the mats, equipment, etc. In my time at HAA I also helped with Spring break and summer camps, as well as organize the annual showcase.
