Espen and I worked together in 2010 in the solidarity movement for Palestine, Ship to Gaza Norway. Espen is a creative and brave young man, who did a great job handling Norwegian media before, under and after his participation on the flotilla to Gaza in May 2010. Espen is very knowlegdable, skilfull and systematic in his approach to challenges. He handled the most dramatic situation after Israel's assault on the vessel Marimarmara in an impressively mature and balanced way. He is also an energetic and humorous person.
