      Analicé la situación de la cartera de proyectos dentro de la dirección de tecnología de la información de uno de los proveedores móviles más grandes actualmente en nuestro mercado para definir acciones inmediatas con el fin de mejorar la gestión de proyectos por parte de la oficina de proyectos. Realicé las auditorías del sistema de gestión de carteras y formé parte del equipo encargado de la definición de los lineamientos de mejora inmediata para incrementar el nivel de madurez de la oficina de proyectos, definiendo una nueva estrategia de gestión de la cartera de proyectos interactuando con los procesos del cliente relacionados a gestión de tecnologías de la información. Mediante el enfoque en la gestión de cartera de clientes internos se asigno gerentes de proyecto en función de la complejidad y naturaleza de los proyectos.
