I am working for a single client, Sedgwick 'Regional Claims Administrator'. During this time I was appointed by the client QA Lead for different projects, such as:• Migration (lasting 2 years) I assigned a QA analyst to each client (scripts) and I gave them the BRD, follow up on the progress, write down and pose risks, mark the delivery date, follow up on the risks and report on the status of each one.• Selective (3 months)• Branch Refinement (4 months) • Auto Liability Toggles (1 month)• Production Support (2 months and ongoing) I am solution provider assigning SME QA's in accordance to people availability , PTO's, etc.All of them were focused on manual testing (creating test cases, test plans, test strategies, running regression tests, etc.). Projects are managed in DevOps Azure using Agile Methodology and Smartsheet as the project portfolio management tool. The tasks I perform are • Run daily status meetings .• Allocate resources to manage the QA testing efforts of the different projects.• Status reports and risk management related to the product, project, or release.• Estimate of test time and test scope.• Training and mentoring of teams.• Conflict resolution.In Agile Thought, I lead a team of 9 people.
