In addition to these basic tasks, provide information flow to organization verticals by tracking the completion of criterias for several discount programs. •Multi directional approach in stock management operations. On one direction; managing the classical roles such as; physical inventory tracking, stocktaking and ERP based stock movements; on the other direction supporting the sales&pre-sales teams with perodic reports and instant updates. •Prepare and maintain reports, information, tables, and statistics on imports, exports and purchase orders •Analyze data and produce reports for effective decision making. •Process, review and analyze purchase requests; prepare purchase orders, procurement and shipping documents •Coordinate the custom clearance processes •Project management and coordination with Finance and Sales regarding ordering and deadline. •Coordination of all transportation - materials related to inbound and outbound shipments. •Coordination of project shipments with Sales, Finance and Project implementation team.
