  Productiv Software are consultants for Ostendo, a Job Costing and Inventory system created by Development-X Ltd. I was responsible for customising the front-end to client specifications, using a combination of scripting and reporting. Key Responsibilities • Automation of many Ostendo processes to streamline the business process through scripting, using a proprietary version of Delphi. • Customisation of Ostendo reports using a combination of Firebird SQL and PascalScript. • Ensuring correct security and backup procedures are followed to maintain client integrity. Achievements • Developed an automated system within Ostendo, utilising the hosted image processing service Xtracta to remove the need for manual data entry during the Accounts Payable process. • Using Ostendo and Ostendo Freeway, a mobile data capture platform, I developed a system to replace the clients paper-based testing process, effectively increasing the client’s productivity.
