      I have experience in travel and tourism, spending 1 year working at Madame Tussauds London from November 2021 to November 2022. I grasped a large amount of knowledge and gained skills in communication, teamworking with multiple colleges, and being able to multitask in ticket scanning, managing timeslots in different queue lines and overall controlling the flow of guests in the building and making sure that the attraction was not overcrowded during the high season periods of the year such as Christmas, Easter, Summer Holidays and School Holidays. Furthermore, when working in buggy Bay I made sure that guests’ items and belongings such as bags and pushchairs were kept safely in the storage area and were tagged with a band and a tag with a matching number attached to it.Another area I operated in was making sure the Marvel 4D show was running efficiently as possible with my colleagues and being in charge of playing the show until the end of the day.I always made sure I put effort in upselling. From June 2022 to August 2023, I sold over 300 souvenir guidebooks, and this was recognised by one of the former guest experience managers of the attraction, leaving a positive review on my Merlin employee profile.
