Kak Sefa is a patient person, she is very good at guiding and teaching even to me who has no knowledge of recruiting at all, but she can guide me from all sides, form CV screening, interviews to making plans for the upcoming recruitment. She is someone who thinks hard for the common good in the long term for recruitment and People & Culture team at Topremit, that's why she likes to come up with ideas that come from out of out of nowhere. I'm lucky to be Kak Sefa's mentee. She is a good mentor and older sister to me in the office and outside the office. Even tho she already found happiness, but I hope she finds more happiness along her way.
