For Mindweaver, it is not enough to hire and develop people from diverse backgrounds, we challenge and support our clients to do the work necessary to ensure they thrive. As such we work with our clients to develop meaningful and actionable cultural change that will allow talent to thrive. We provide Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Antiracism consultancy services and work with organisations to build and implement antiracism agendas, anti-racism leadership coaching, mentoring and guidance. To support or organisations to approach their diversity challenges from the top down, we provide recruitment services supporting our clients to hire and retain leaders and future leaders from diverse backgrounds.
