I oversee finance and the overall organization, motivate and manage the team, and recruit new team members. I have successfully led numerous projects involving mobile app development, primarily in IoT, e-commerce, and social media, always intending to maximize budget efficiency while delivering stable, scalable products. With my co-founders, I have grown the company from scratch to 30 people, all through bootstrapping, establishing Codigee as a leading Flutter developer.
