Web - implemented an outsourced donor communication and donation page system to increase effectiveness Telemarketing - directed external programs as well as an internal system Donor Events - managed the web interaction and fund development of national campaigns and local district event initiatives Communication - created a new distinct brand for the national ministry and created presence through radio and donor/church based national magazine etc. Managed a team of 15 full time employees in the execution of marketing and development campaigns.
