  • Managed, hired, and trained Insurance Agent to cover sales area throughout West Jakarta. • Charged with developing and executing sales strategies throughout West Jakarta. Manage approximately 600+ accounts and grow customer base through networking, referrals, cold calling and sales presentations. • Work together with Department of Labor in promoting “Asuransi Kecelakaan di Luar Jam Kerja” as a mandatory and manage to secure approximately 500+ Companies in West Jakarta including big clients such as RCTI, GlobalTV, TIKI JNE, Ciputra Hotel, Pullman Hotel, Trisakti University, Tarumanegara University, and CNI • Seek out new clients and develop clientele by networking to find new customers.
