Everyone wants to hire someone who not only gets the job done and who’s also great to work with but it’s rare that you come across talent like Erum. I have witnessed her worked as an educator, which has always been inspiring. She not only focuses on the content knowledge, especially her own interest in historical thinking, but she is always cognizant of the diverse styles of learning for her students in the classroom. Therefore, she integrates inclusive and innovative teaching methodologies that encouraged students is attaining deeper understanding of the subject matter and also provokes them to question and critique their own beliefs and attitudes. She has an extraordinary work-ethic and has incredible talent for positioning issues with effective communications skills. She is a team player, works really well independently as well and at the same time, always welcomes constructive feedback.
