As Project Director for Grey Health and Wellness, Errol McDonnell simultaneously has played mentor, manager, boss, and booster to the project managers who are integral glue to every team. Errol is a calming presence who is famously reliable and effective for his level-headedness, saving the day with his talented team of project managers behind the scenes and out of the spotlight. Time and again, he’s not the hero we deserved, but the hero we needed. This is a man who always gives his best, 24/7. He’s the first to arrive and last to leave. To err is never to Errol--and he brings up everyone around him.

If you could look up the definition of Project Manager in the dictionary, Errol's name wouldn't be there. If you could look up EXCEPTIONAL Project Manager, his name would instantly appear. Frankly, I don't know how he does it? He is able to keep at least a dozen plates spinning and continue to due it with the calmest, most pleasant demeanor. The consummate team player, Errol is the person you want in the trenches with you when you need someone to keep track of all the details and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. It was a pleasure working with you Errol. Hope we get to do so again in the future.
