  • Establishes the vision for all community-based programs providing direct services to clients. • Responsible for the overall management of all community-based programs and residential services which includes the Supervised Apartment Program, Bent Crandall Dual Diagnosis Program, Michael Kerr Respite Program, AXS Center for Young Adults, OASIS Social Rehabilitation Club, Rite of Passage Program for Young Adults 18-25 years of age, SHAW Street/Young Adult Services Program and Employment Services Division. • Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on solutions and collaboration. • Collaborate with program leaders to ensure ongoing support to all person served involved are receiving the highest quality of experience and treatment. • Monitors program census and staff productivity in collaboration with program leadership. • Attend treatment team meetings as required. Provide direct feedback to or designee, as required to ensure that proper treatment and support is being provided. • Responsible for program assessment and timely completion of program evaluation by program managers. Assure compliance with any fidelity scales for programs with fidelity measures. • Complete and provide education/training of functional behavioral assessments to the team that is specific to the staff member’s role with the person’s goals. • Model motivational interviewing techniques and other techniques to enhance success of recovery. • Coordinate with internal and external referral sources as needed. • Identify for employees to facilitate groups appropriate for person served current needs and projected trends. • Develops and implement treatment modalities, and provides training, observation and feedback to programs. • Facilitate treatment team meetings, clinical case reviews with a focus on integration of programs and services. • Manage, train, and supervise staff on providing the highest level of client care, treatment, and effective documentation of services as required.
