I worked with Ernie for many years. He excelled at the Fairbanks North Star Borough School District as principal and as Assistant Superintendent of Schools. Ernie worked well with people and contributed consistent recommendations to group discussions he was involved in. His valid solutions to problems or situation was accepted by both staff, parents and students.

Ernie was a wonderful Principal of the school we worked at in Fairbanks. He had excellent rapport and respect from the students as well as the staff. Ernie was always honest and straightforward in his approach to the work as our school leader. I believe any organization would be fortunate to have Ernie. His energy is contagious and I really enjoyed working with him.
