In my current role, I oversee educational programs at four sites for resident and outpatient youths 6-18 years of age who are experiencing mental or behavior health issues, including responsibility for budgetary management and utilization of project management certification systemwide. I have been fortunate to be trusted with supervising all educational programs for the entire system from clinical and educational oversight to leadership of program directors. I perform community, non-profit, state, and local outreach. I handle policy, procedure, and regulation creation and compliance when necessary. I serve as the state and local point of contact for the system and I hold a leadership role in other associated non-profit organizations. I also ensure government regulation and licensing compliance. I am relied upon to utilize my project management expertise to suggest beneficial additions or changes to our educational program offerings.
